Work on the WBI Office Complex which started on 23rd December 2017 was completed on 17th October, 2018 and was Officially Commissioned on 17th November, 2018 by :

The WBI Office Complex is made up of 33 Offices, and 150 Capacity Seater Conference Hall, all furnished to the state of the art standards which was supervised by the Architect and Contractor, Mr. Ernest Donkor.
WBI has an enviable recovery rate so far, with 99.8% rate cumulatively from January 2018 to December 2018.
We remain committed to our core mandate, which is extending loans to individuals, groups and SME's and will remain focused to that without deviating or engaging in any act or action that is not part of our regulated services.

WBI CONSTRUCTION & HOUSING
The Building of the WBI Apartments which started in the year 2018 was finally completed in the year 2020.
An 8 plot land was used to construct Six (6) Unit Apartments. The Apartment Facility is made up of 4 storey buildings containing 132 Apartments;
